Sky Dental Clinic needed to build brand awareness and drive new patient bookings through paid social in a highly competitive Dubai healthcare market. Their target audience — Dubai Marina and JBR residents aged 25–45 — was highly active on Instagram and Snapchat. The clinic had no structured paid social presence and competitors were running generic dental ads.
We developed a paid social creative strategy centred on Sky Dental's premium clinic environment, clinical expertise, and patient experience — moving away from generic discount messaging toward confident premium positioning.
Built a three-stage Meta funnel: awareness video ads introducing the clinic to cold audiences; retargeting carousel ads featuring specific treatments to mid-funnel engagers; and bottom-funnel direct booking ads with strong social proof.
Launched Snapchat Story Ads targeting 18–34 Dubai residents — a high-penetration demographic. Snapchat delivered significantly lower CPMs than Meta for this age group.
Integrated a review generation programme alongside the paid social campaigns — amplifying new patient reviews in retargeting creative. Social proof dramatically improved conversion rates from ad click to booked appointment.
